My name is Robia Jadah Fleming, owner of Two Faced Tattoo.
I have been a piercer since 2001, a permanent makeup artist since 2003, and a tattoo artist since 2008. My shop, and myself, hold current health department certifications and permits. I have certifications in permanent makeup, blood born pathogen training, tattoo industry related, anatomy and chemistry. As a past board-member of CAPSBA (The California Alliance for the Promotion of Safe Body Art) through San Diego County, I provide a clean and safe environment for you to obtain any service or procedure I offer.
In 2009, I opened Two Faced Tattoo with the desire and intention to offer quality custom tattoos, piercings and permanent makeup in a fun, friendly, and comfortable environment. I take great pride in customer service, making sure to listen to your needs while offering incite and information as to what will work best for your procedure.
Consultations are always free and I try to keep my prices affordable. However, if you are looking for the “best deal”, or to get tattooed on your lunch break, my shop is not for you. Custom body modifications take time and money.
If you have any questions or concerns, your best bet is to stop in during walk-in hours or to call 760-451-9200. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. You may also contact the shop via Facebook, email, or through the contact page of my web site, however, please allow a little more time for response. Be advised, the shop phone number cannot receive text messages.
If you would like to set an appointment, please note that I am usually booked at least one week in advance. Also, I do require a deposit for all appointments (other than piercings – which are walk-in only).
Please feel free to read over the reviews on Google as I do not support Yelp. Input is always welcome and I would also love to hear a review you might have.
Thank you for taking the time to look over the web site and my portfolio. I hope to hear from you soon.
